I recently had the pleasure of working with both Omar and his co-worker Vladimir, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Omar was extremely professional, handling all of my furniture, pictures, and belongings with extra care, making the transition completely seamless. The team was on time, incredibly quick, careful, and professional from start to finish. The entire process, from booking to the last box being unloaded, went smoothly, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Smart Movers and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you to both Omar and Vladimir for making my move effortless!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $800

Scam company that is not professional at all and use every technique to be extremely slow to charge more hours. Hired them to do a move for a 2 bedroom townhouse. They got me a young kid who does nothing but arrange things inside the truck and an old man who does all the work. Took them from 9 am till 5 pm to pack everything inside the truck and 4 hours to unload in my new house. 11 hours of moving!! Wanted to charge full rate when they arrived at my new place and said we estimate it will take 4 hours to unload. They threatened to keep my furniture in their truck until I paid the full amoubt before they started unloading. They damaged my stairs without telling me and I found out 2 days later. They marked it up with a concealer so I wont notice. And made me sign a waiver that there are no damages.Definitely the worst company to call for moving. Stay away they are scammers and dont care about anything other than grabbing your money and making your move the worst experience ever!

Horrible experience. They sent their "biggest truck" that couldn't even fit a 3 bdrm home. Barely spoke English, and therefore couldn't read English..what a waste of time labeling boxes was. Instead of starting with furniture (i.e. Beds) that people would deem more important to have settled first- they started with boxes. It took 3 movers 6 hrs to load the first truck, 45 mins to drive the 10 minute distance between locations, only 2.5 hrs to unload as my husband and I helped. Another 6 hrs to load the 2nd truck, and 4 hrs to unload. That's 18.5hrs to move a 3 bdrm home. And we don't have a lot of furniture and left our appliances. They said they got everything. We had to rent a uhaul truck the next day And make two trips to get the remainder of the things they left. We had discussed what was coming, so it's not like they had no clue. We had all the furniture apart prior to the move (thank god). The 2 things they took apart they broke. They broke our fridge taking the doors off. Moved bits and pieces of each bed, leaving the rest behind. Labeled boxes were scattered all over the house, in the wrong rooms making unpacking a nightmare. When I called to complain they didn't want to talk to me b/c it was midnight, and when I called back a few days later I was told I wasn't with in the 24 hrs timeline to complain. Smart movers not so "smart". Please do yourself a favor and go with the well known moving companies.

Smart movers canada provided to us competitive rate and high quality service.  Our movers, who arrived a bit earlier, were professional and respectful. All our belongings were securely packed and treated with great care. Guys worked hard to complete the move successfully. Our relocation was accomplished in timely manner and without damaging any of our furniture. Amazing job. We would definitely use this company again. We would certainly recommend these experts to our friends, colleagues and family.

I was referred to Smart Movers Canada by my friend. My experience was excellent. The movers came on time and used their time very effectively. They were very kind, respectful, and hard working. They were very organized and went above and beyond our expectations. This company accomplished everything they say they will do. Customer service was perfect too. They even called me before the appointment to confirm and it made me feel more confident. I would definitely recommend Smart Movers Canada. Moreover I will be using them again for our next move.

I was told my Smart Movers Canada that the move would take a total of 4 hours and that the cost would be about $600.  They sent only 2 men; one that was on the phone the whole time and one that didn't speak any English.    They took about 13 hours and the final cost was over $1500.  I had to pay the total before they would remove the rest of my items from the truck.  I contacted Smart Movers Canada to let them know about my disappointment in the move and they said they would get back to me.  THEY NEVER DID !!  Between damaging furniture, forgetting items that we had to point out to them to take, and taking three times as long and charging 2.5 times as much as they said:  I would never recommend this company to anybody.        .

We recently used Smart Movers for our relocation and I am extremely satisfied and grateful with this company. Team was on time and No time was wasted. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. Movers took care to wrap furniture to protect it from damage and rain. They handled everything that we requested from the beginnig to the very end of the move. I couldn't be happier. The company's rates seem very reasonable compared to other movers.Would definitely recommend!
