I recently had the pleasure of working with both Omar and his co-worker Vladimir, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Omar was extremely professional, handling all of my furniture, pictures, and belongings with extra care, making the transition completely seamless. The team was on time, incredibly quick, careful, and professional from start to finish. The entire process, from booking to the last box being unloaded, went smoothly, and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Smart Movers and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you to both Omar and Vladimir for making my move effortless!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $800

Horrible experience. They sent their "biggest truck" that couldn't even fit a 3 bdrm home. Barely spoke English, and therefore couldn't read English..what a waste of time labeling boxes was. Instead of starting with furniture (i.e. Beds) that people would deem more important to have settled first- they started with boxes. It took 3 movers 6 hrs to load the first truck, 45 mins to drive the 10 minute distance between locations, only 2.5 hrs to unload as my husband and I helped. Another 6 hrs to load the 2nd truck, and 4 hrs to unload. That's 18.5hrs to move a 3 bdrm home. And we don't have a lot of furniture and left our appliances. They said they got everything. We had to rent a uhaul truck the next day And make two trips to get the remainder of the things they left. We had discussed what was coming, so it's not like they had no clue. We had all the furniture apart prior to the move (thank god). The 2 things they took apart they broke. They broke our fridge taking the doors off. Moved bits and pieces of each bed, leaving the rest behind. Labeled boxes were scattered all over the house, in the wrong rooms making unpacking a nightmare. When I called to complain they didn't want to talk to me b/c it was midnight, and when I called back a few days later I was told I wasn't with in the 24 hrs timeline to complain. Smart movers not so "smart". Please do yourself a favor and go with the well known moving companies.

Smart movers canada provided to us competitive rate and high quality service.  Our movers, who arrived a bit earlier, were professional and respectful. All our belongings were securely packed and treated with great care. Guys worked hard to complete the move successfully. Our relocation was accomplished in timely manner and without damaging any of our furniture. Amazing job. We would definitely use this company again. We would certainly recommend these experts to our friends, colleagues and family.

I was referred to Smart Movers Canada by my friend. My experience was excellent. The movers came on time and used their time very effectively. They were very kind, respectful, and hard working. They were very organized and went above and beyond our expectations. This company accomplished everything they say they will do. Customer service was perfect too. They even called me before the appointment to confirm and it made me feel more confident. I would definitely recommend Smart Movers Canada. Moreover I will be using them again for our next move.

I was told my Smart Movers Canada that the move would take a total of 4 hours and that the cost would be about $600.  They sent only 2 men; one that was on the phone the whole time and one that didn't speak any English.    They took about 13 hours and the final cost was over $1500.  I had to pay the total before they would remove the rest of my items from the truck.  I contacted Smart Movers Canada to let them know about my disappointment in the move and they said they would get back to me.  THEY NEVER DID !!  Between damaging furniture, forgetting items that we had to point out to them to take, and taking three times as long and charging 2.5 times as much as they said:  I would never recommend this company to anybody.        .

We recently used Smart Movers for our relocation and I am extremely satisfied and grateful with this company. Team was on time and No time was wasted. They were professional, friendly and very efficient. Movers took care to wrap furniture to protect it from damage and rain. They handled everything that we requested from the beginnig to the very end of the move. I couldn't be happier. The company's rates seem very reasonable compared to other movers.Would definitely recommend!

I’ve recently moved with Smart Movers. I was very pleased with their services. They are professional, efficient and very nice guys. The team of three movers arrived on time. Guys worked diligently and professionally throughout our entire move to make it go as smoothly as possible. The most important thing to us that movers were very careful and respectful to our stuff. They made sure that everything was wrapped, quilted and protected. I'm glad to say that nothing was broken or scratched. Furniture they took apart at our old house was reassembled once we got to our new house. Everything was handled perfectly. Overall I had a great experience using Smart Movers.  Reliable and trustworthy! I will gladly hire only Smart Movers in the future and would highly recommend them for all moving needs.

We decided to use Smart Movers after being referred to them by a coworker. It was an excellent service. The Movers have done a very clean and neat service without any damages. They were very polite, friendly, professional and careful with all of our belongings. Office lady has been responsive with quotes and additional information. The team from this company was great and did a super job. And the price was the most competitive we could find in the market among well known movers. We were referred to Smart Movers Canada by a coworker who has used them recently. On the day of the move our crew of three professionals showed up on time. These guys worked extremely hard all day. They took great care to cover the furniture, doorways and stair rails for protection. Our furniture and walls were safe. They did an incredible job and our move went very easy. I cannot say enough good things about them. We appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them for your move.

I feel confident looking to the movers how carefully they were wrapping my furniture and loading the truck. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable, the representative who visited our house was very professional and his estimate was very close to actual moving time. I'm so exciting about my move that was done recently with smart movers. I love these guys, they just made incredible job. First of all they were able to accommodate my move in very short notice at the very busy period of the month (I called at least 20 companies and all of them did not have any openings). Lady on the phone was very nice and had individual approaching to my situation. I'm so glad I found this company. Guys were perfect. They worked fast and very careful. They protected my furniture, floors and walls. I've never seen before how cohesively can guys work as a real team. I appreciate their help, flexibility and responsiveness. We chose to hire smart movers after a glowing recommendation from a friend. When we called smart movers, the lady on the phone was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The crew came over to our house on time and they were very well equipped. They packed up everything nicely and quickly. Whole relocation went smoothly. We checked and found all our things without any damages. Their experiences paid off while carrying out huge and heavy furniture. They are very good in what they do.

Smart movers canada came highly recommended and I decided to use them for my move. It was really smooth and good move. The guys were prompt, punctual and awesome. As discussed the crew of 3 people arrived on time with the right size truck and everything. They were careful with our belongings and their leader gave them instructions and organized the whole relocation. It was a pleasure to see how easy they maneuvered large items through narrow stairways and corridors. They were virtuosos in their field, very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend!

The move Smart Movers did for us 2 years ago took about 5 hours.
This time the move took 10 hours. It is the SAME apartment.
The 2 movers they sent are amateurs, not professionals. They are too slow. They smoke while we pay for that time.
They don't have the equipment. One hand truck and some running shoes. I offered them my hand truck. They refused.
They promised: 2 Fast and Professional Movers but actually they are 2 slow amateurs. One loaded the hand truck, the other took it away. Most of the time only ONE person was actually working.
They slowed down on purpose to get paid more..they lied
about how long it would take and then lied about the next deadline..they refused to meet my elevator booked
time, so that I would pay more for storage with you or move it somewhwere else and spend more time+money..they
demanded $50 cash at the end as they held our belongings
hostage..
IF you can't do the job, please don't promise that you can. This is not professional and honest.
